Nothing is creating a second original pair of smartglasses-one with a camera and one without
There were no new Bluetooth earphones revealed, but it looks like the manufacturer is getting ready to move to a different category of wearable devices. A leaker, Roland Quandt, shared that the firm is working on two different smart glasses, with both of them serving different purposes.
The initial version will be built into a camera and AI capabilities, which include ChatGPT and real-time translation. The second will be a speaker and microphone with a tool so that users can stream music and audiobooks, or communicate with other smart assistants, without having to wear earbuds.
Leaker: Both devices are believed to feature photochromic lenses-lenses that automatically tint based on the light. The lenses become darker if the user moves from a dark room to light outside. No images revealing the look of the final product have surfaced so far, but more leaks may come soon.
This could help propel Nothing's current array of audio devices, but the camera version will likely need a little more hardware. That said, those are just rumors, Nothing has yet to announce the glasses, nor when they're expected to be released.
